Neuro Connections Occupational Therapy, LLC is a recognized Medicaid, CHP Plus, and Medicare provider, equipped to submit medical claims to Medicaid/CHP Plus/Medicare for reimbursement. However, please note that we are not currently affiliated with any private health insurance plans as an in-network provider.

While Neuro Connections Occupational Therapy, LLC is not in-network with private health insurance plans, we are still able to treat you as a private pay patient and furnish super bills. This allows you to submit claims independently to your private insurance for potential reimbursement according to your plan's out-of-network coverage policies.
